What are the possible payment issues I can face?

It could be that we are unable to process your payment for various reasons.

In such cases, please kindly try the following:

  • Check if You are using Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

NOTE: we do not support American Express, Union Pay, PayPal, Cirrus Clabe and Discovery Cards. Also, due to international restrictions in place, it's not possible to top up your Revolut account with a bank card issued in Russia or Belarus

  • Check if the card details have been entered correctly (Name, Card number, Expiry date, and CVV number)

  • Clarify with your bank if there are any limitations for online purchases/ international payments

  • Check if funds in the account from which the automatic debit occurs at the time of payment are sufficient.
