Upgrading

If You are a User of the Silver plan, you can upgrade your plan to the Gold plan at any time by paying the full cost of the Gold plan through your personal account, or at the end of the subscription period by unlinking your payment method from your personal account, re-linking it and paying the cost of the Gold plan.

Access to all features of the new plan starts from the moment payment is confirmed. The new subscription period starts from the payment date and lasts 30 days. Any unused days from the Silver plan are divided by two and added to the end of the User's Gold Plan subscription. For example, 10 days remaining on the User's Silver plan would mean 30 days and 5 days on their new Gold plan.

If You are a user of the Gold plan, you can downgrade your current plan to the Silver plan at any time by unlinking the payment method from your personal account, re-linking it, and paying for the Silver plan. Access to all Silver plan features is granted from the moment payment is confirmed. The new subscription period starts from the date of payment and lasts for 30 days. Any unused Gold plan time is non-refundable.
